Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager B2B located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, preparing and delivering presentations, and assisting with negotiation and contract management.

• Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
• Knowledge of retail advertising and branding solutions is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar B2B role
