Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Patna. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building strong client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored investment solutions. Key responsibilities include offering expert advisory, assisting clients in managing their investment portfolios, and driving customer satisfaction by recommending products across asset classes. The individual will actively engage with customers through various channels and ensure their financial objectives are met while meeting business targets.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, asset classes, and market trends
Expertise in providing investment advisory and portfolio management services
Skills in sales and business development within the financial services domain
Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for client engagement and investment management
Analytical and decision-making abilities to support profitable investment strategies
Educational qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; additional certifications like NISM or CFA are a plus
Proven experience in financial services or a similar role is highly desirable
