Relationship Executive

As a Relationship Executive in the Insurance sector based in Koramangala, Bangalore, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to inform customers about the benefits and features available to them, emphasizing a relationship-building approach rather than hard-core sales tactics. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer sales, renewals, and support, preferably in the BPO industry. While prior sales experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Experience in relationship management, customer service, or sales within the Insurance sector will be considered. The position offers a starting salary ranging from Rs. 17,000 to Rs. 27,000 plus PF, with opportunities for salary hikes based on your last drawn CTC. The working days are from Monday to Saturday, with fixed shifts and a six-day workweek. Fluency in both Malayalam and English is required for effective communication with customers.
