Process Type – Outbound calls to existing customers to inform them about the benefits and features available to them. Please note, this is not hard core sales role but rather a relationship- building process. 2. Skills required – A minimum experience in the BPO industry, not necessarily in sales. Experience in relationship management, customer service, sales or renewals of Insurance is acceptable. 3. Fixed Shifts and Six working days.
