About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller – Relationship Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and assisting customers with our travel & tourism services. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, target-driven, and eager to contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company services.
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about travel & tourism offerings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain client databases and update records of interactions.
• Assist in customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Support in developing long-term business relations with clients.

Requirements

• Graduate/Undergraduate (any discipline).
• Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive / Relationship Executive preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and achieve targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (based on performance)
