Role: Relationship Executive Job Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and maintain brand profiles and product listings on the online Material Library platform Build and nurture strong relationships with onboarded brands to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement. Initiate and manage the renewal process for annual catalogue library subscriptions. Proactively pitch and promote additional Knowledge Center services to existing partner brands. Regularly audit and update catalogue/sample data for accuracy, relevance, or deletion as needed. Skills: Client servicing & relationship management Excellent communication (written & verbal) Detail-oriented with ability to manage listings and data Sales mindset with upselling capability Familiarity with CRM tools or product catalog systems (Odoo is a plus) Basic understanding of architecture/design industry is a bonus Working Hours: ❖ Full Time Location: ❖ Sector 71, Gurugram, Haryana Educational Qualifications ❖ Bachelor’s Degree in BBA/MBA/B.com/ BA Work Experience: ❖ Fresher or upto 0-1 year of work experience in a similar role. Additional Requirement: Support the onboarding team in onboarding new brands to the website and digital platform. Assist in physical library setup and Odoo software integration for new brand entries. Engage with visiting architects, designers, and brand clients, understand their requirements, collect feedback, and help provide relevant solutions.
