Role: Hospitality Coordinator Job Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee the operations at Knowledge Center. Ensure excellent guest experiences while maintaining business efficiency. Ensure high standards of customer service. Skilled in guest service management. Supervise and train front-line staff such as receptionists, concierge, or service personnel. Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure high team performance. Lead by example in delivering outstanding service. Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, or maintenance teams to meet guest needs. Act as a liaison between guests and various departments. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. Maintain stock levels and manage vendor relationships. Oversee procurement of supplies and equipment wherever possible. Working Hours: Full Time Location: Sector 71, Gurugram, Haryana Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management/Hotel and Restaurant Management/Tourism Management/Business Administration (with a focus on hospitality) or Diploma holders in similar fields can also apply. Work Experience: Fresher or upto 1 year of work experience in a similar role. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Gurgaon City, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Hospitality management: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
