Job Description

 To exclusively handle Outbound calls & maintain relationship with financial advisors.  Do cross sell with assigned advisors based mapped to them.  Complete the call logs specified by the process (End-of-day target).  To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process.  Oversee day-to-day operation of Login/Issuance/Disbursements  Keep track of performance on day-to-day basis  Liaise with Operations team and follow up with them for issuance/Disbursements of their cases.
