Relationship Executive - Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Relationship Executives (Freshers) who will be responsible for making outbound calls, assisting customers with account openings, and supporting the team in handling a large volume of accounts. This role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a willingness to learn.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Calling & Follow-ups

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
• Follow up with interested customers to complete account opening formalities.

Account Opening Support

• Assist customers in opening accounts as per company process.
• Guide customers through documentation and verification requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer details.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Provide timely updates and support to customers during the onboarding process.

Target & Volume Handling

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and account opening targets.
• Handle a high volume of accounts efficiently.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and account status.

Documentation & Reporting

• Update CRM or tracking sheets regularly.
• Maintain call logs and account opening reports.
• Share daily activity and progress reports with the team lead.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Fresher candidates are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, email, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle pressure and work with targets.
• Customer-focused and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
