Job Title: Relationship Manager – Mutual Funds

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented relationship manager to join our mutual funds division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing client relationships, providing investment solutions based on client needs, and driving mutual fund sales and AUM growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with retail and HNI clients.
• Understand customer financial goals and provide tailored mutual fund investment solutions.
• Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Ensure regular follow-up with clients for portfolio reviews and investment updates.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for mutual fund products (SIP, Lumpsum, ELSS, etc.).
• Monitor market trends and keep clients informed of relevant investment opportunities.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to compliance, KYC, and regulatory norms.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, etc.) for seamless client service.

• Strong understanding of mutual fund products and financial planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with strong client relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze market data and explain investment concepts clearly.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/postgraduate in finance, commerce, or a related field.
• AMFI/NISM V-A Certification (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in mutual fund sales or financial advisory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.34 - ₹30,000.16 per month
