Relationship / Assistant relationship manager

As a Relationship Manager at our company, your role involves driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships for Equities (D-Mat/Trading accounts), and promoting our products and services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Acquire new clients through direct sales efforts, networking, and referrals. - Develop and execute strategies to increase client base and revenues across financial products. - Manage and grow relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions. - Meet assigned sales targets for revenue and client acquisition. - Coordinate with internal departments for seamless client onboarding, KYC, and service support. - Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Proven sales track record in financial services, broking, or wealth management. - Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of financial markets (equity & deviations). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Result-oriented approach with a strong drive to meet targets. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Graduate/Postgraduate (B.COM, MBA) in Business, or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in financial product sales, preferably in broking or wealth management.
