Regulatory Compliance Analyst

As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in helping clients transition their compliance function from reactive to proactive by implementing an intelligent compliance operating model that leverages data, intelligent technologies, and talent. Your responsibilities will include conducting testing tasks within Agile models and integration processes, managing development sprints, and utilizing your expertise in SOX testing. It is imperative that you possess automated/IT control testing experience to excel in this role. To thrive in this position, you must demonstrate a commitment to quality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in risk management, the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, and a track record of meeting deadlines consistently. Given the nature of the role, automated/IT control testing experience is a prerequisite. In this role, you will primarily focus on analyzing and resolving lower-complexity problems, with daily interactions predominantly with peers within Accenture. While you may have limited exposure to clients and Accenture management, you will receive moderate-level instructions for your daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments. Your decisions will directly impact your work and potentially influence the efforts of your team members. You will function as an individual contributor within a team setting, with a specific scope of work to manage. Additionally, please be aware that this role may involve working in rotational shifts.
