Regulatory Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities related to open access approvals with SLDC, GETCO, GEDA, GUVNL, and various Discom offices (Corporate, Circle, and Division levels).
• Ensure compliance with state policies and regulatory frameworks for open access and wheeling.
• Prepare, draft, and submit applications/letters for approvals and clearances.

Follow up with relevant departments like GETCO, GEDA, GUVNL, SLDC, and Discoms for timely processing of applications and approvals .

• Knowledge of state-specific open access policies and procedures (especially Gujarat: GETCO, GEDA, SLDC, etc.).

• Hands-on experience in interacting with Discoms and regulatory authorities.

• Strong drafting and documentation skills for regulatory applications and government correspondences.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
