Regulatory Administrator
In This Role, You Will
- Administration, investigation and resolution of daily Transfer Agent, Administrator and Custodian queries as well as managing queries of the Asset Management Investment Management and Distribution offices.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Administrator and Custodian to ensure timely and accurate processing and settlement of transactions in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
- Assist with due diligence and management of third parties; Develop and maintain governance oversight over all operational aspects of the funds.
- Have a risk management mind-set - monitor and enhance the controls of delegated and outsourced provider activities. Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of risk events.
- Interact with different Asset Mangement lines of business to help with the development and the ongoing operations of fund
- Input to the regular Service Reviews of third-party Service Providers specially those based in Ireland
- Oversee activities performed by third parties Central Administration and Custody.
- Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of risks materializing, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting.
To Be Successful You Will
- 7+ years of experience in the Asset Management industry
- Must have experience in operations of Private Equity
- Experience in operations within Private Equity fund environment with experience in fee and Invoice recommendation and settlement processes.
- Strong understanding of Net Asset Value processes and oversight, accounting principles and fund structures.
- Basic understanding, verifying daily unit counts, reviewing financial statements, and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
- Sound knowledge of fund/mandate fee structures and invoice validation processes.
- Through knowledge of the Asset Management business and Operational Risk Frameworks and Controls
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in funds services, with proven knowledge of Transfer Agency, Custody and Fund Administration.
- Degree in Accounting, Masters in Business Administration in Finance.
