Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Regrinding Operator to join our team at Oerlikon Balzers Coating India Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grinding and coating operations, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

Operate and maintain grinding machines for optimal performance and productivity.
Develop and implement new grinding techniques to improve quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and deadlines.
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on grinding equipment.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
