An excellent opportunity awaits you to extend your professional development within ACRRM as a Registrar Liaison Officer (RLO) for TAS. In this paid role, your time will count towards training while serving as an intermediary between GP Registrars and the state ACRRM team. Reporting to the Tasmanian Training Network Coordinator, you will interact with regional training stakeholders influencing GP training. Your role as an RLO involves advocating for and representing GP registrars at the management level of their training posts, providing pastoral care, and supporting GP Registrars during transitions in and out of their training posts. Advanced communication skills and analytics are essential for Registrar advocacy, maintaining strategic partnerships, governance and risk, operational excellence, and educational representation. Additionally, you may participate in regional face-to-face workshops. As an advocate among your fellow Registrars and within ACRRM, you will have the opportunity to further your professional development. (or equivalent) - Enrolled GP Registrar with ACRRM - Excellent interpersonal, liaison, written, and oral communication skills - High level organisational, attention to detail, analysis, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment - Intermediate or better Microsoft Office applications skills - Willingness to quickly acquire knowledge of AGPT requirements, ACRRM Training Standards, NTCER, and relevant policies and procedures Other Requirements: - Unrestricted motor vehicle license and willingness to travel for the position - Current medical indemnity insurance If you meet the qualifications and possess the required skills, apply now for this exciting opportunity to contribute to the GP training community.,
