Your Essential Role & Impact at FALGUNI CLINICS

As a cornerstone of our patient care team, you will ensure a seamless, safe, and positive experience for every individual, from consultation through recovery. Your expertise will cover:

• Specialized Pre- and Post-Operative Care: Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments, manage the care of surgical patients (including meticulous wound, drain, and pain management), and ensure patient stability and comfort throughout the recovery phase.
• Aesthetic Procedure Support: Expertly administer various treatments, including cosmetic injectables, and assist the surgeons during in-office procedures and minor surgeries.
• Patient Advocacy & Education: Serve as a trusted resource by providing clear, comprehensive guidance on pre-op preparation, detailed post-operative recovery instructions, and medication management to empower patients and their families.
• Clinical Excellence & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of care by preparing and ensuring the sterility of procedure rooms, meticulous patient documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), and strict adherence to infection control protocols.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work in direct partnership with Dr. Banu Priya, Dr. Sukesh Reddy Munugala, and our full complement of aestheticians and support staff to deliver coordinated, five-star patient outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For: The Ideal FALGUNI Nurse

• Active License: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license GNM or BSc in Telangana.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience is required, with a strong preference for backgrounds in plastic surgery, aesthetics/med-spa, dermatology, or high-acuity surgical settings (e.g., OT/ICU).
• Certifications: BLS certification is required. ACLS preferred (as the role includes sedation monitoring).
• Clinical Skillset: Demonstrable proficiency in clinical assessment, sterile technique, surgical wound care, and injection techniques.
• Attributes: You must be highly detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and possess exceptional interpersonal and empathetic communication skills. Must be comfortable with EHR systems.

This is a clinic-based role requiring professional demeanor, comfort with standing for extended periods, and adherence to universal precautions. Some flexibility for occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary based on surgical schedules.
