Registered Nurse

1. Take over inventory articles by counting in each shift.

2. Take over each patient from previous staff with minutely details.

3. To assist doctors in various medical procedures.

4. To observe the changes in patient’s condition & accordingly you have to record it & inform to the concerned consultant/doctor immediately.

5. To administer proper medications to the concerned patient.

6. To help in orientation of new joining nursing staffs.

7. To accompany sick patients for investigations like CT/MRI/Echo & so on.

8. To implement doctor’s instructions concerning patient treatment.

9. To ensure safe, clean & quiet environment for the patient.

10. To maintain good IPR with the patient/patient attendant/other departments.

11. Properly deal with any adverse situation, if occurred in the concerned department & that must be reported to the concerned HODs.

12. To report about any medico legal cases/ medication arrear to the concerned HODs.

13. Discharge summery needs to be cleared & understandable by the patient without abbreviation.

14. A complete discharge summery should contain the patient’s name, unique identification number, date of admission & date of discharge, reason for admission, investigation results, any procedure performed, medication administered & other treatment given, treatment to be continued thereafter, follow-up advice, instructions about when & how to obtain urgent care.

15. To maintain & follow the infection control practices.

Qualification

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
• Experience
• 1–3 years in ward/ICU/EMD
• Fresher can also applied
• Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
