Job Title: Technical Regional Sales Manager -Male
Location: Calicut (Candidates must handle Kozhikode, Wayanad, Palakkad & Malappuram regions)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations across North Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in the Electrical / Electronics field along with proven experience in managing and leading sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand sales operations across Kozhikode, Wayanad, Palakkad, and Malappuram.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through technical knowledge and solution-based sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales, with team handling experience mandatory.
• Strong technical background in Electrical / Electronics preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Candidate must be from nearby regions or willing to relocate to Calicut.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple districts effectively.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹33,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
