Regional Sales Manager South India (Medical Devices)

In this role at Hospedia Medicare, you will be leading and managing ASMs across Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, AP & Telangana. You will drive performance, monitor targets, and support territory growth. Your responsibilities will include finalizing high-ticket deals with hospitals, medical colleges, and institutions, as well as strengthening distributor/channel partner networks across the region. Additionally, you will develop sales strategies, forecasts, and expansion plans to achieve regional targets and report progress to NSM & management. Your key responsibilities will involve managing ASMs in multiple states, monitoring targets, and supporting territory growth. You will be responsible for finalizing high-ticket deals with hospitals and institutions, strengthening distributor/channel partner networks, and developing sales strategies, forecasts, and expansion plans. It will also be your responsibility to achieve regional targets and report progress to NSM & management. To qualify for this position, you should have 7+ years of experience in medical devices with exposure to Surgical Lights & Operating Tables. Experience in managing sales teams, generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and willingness to travel frequently across South India are essential qualifications for this role.,
