We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our therapeutics sales team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets in Mumbai
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals
Identify training needs and develop plans to enhance sales team performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers in Mumbai
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate existing and new accounts
Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipeline development
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience in therapeutics sales
