Job Description: Regional Sales Manager - LAP (M6 Grade)
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) business in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably from a top Bank or NBFC, with relevant experience in LAP products.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for LAP products.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and areas for growth.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present sales reports, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and adhere to company policies.
Requirements:- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the LAP product sector, with a top Bank or NBFC.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Qualifications: MBA or equivalent, with a strong understanding of LAP products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
