Regional Sales manager- Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and grow offline sales for sports nutrition products including whey proteins, mass gainers, and allied supplements within Haryana.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, gyms, fitness centers, sports stores, and retailers across major cities like Gurgaon, Faridabad, Hisar, Panipat, Karnal, Ambala, and Rohtak.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel and team management.
• Expand the distribution network to ensure product availability and visibility throughout the region.
• Recruit, train, and lead sales executives for smooth field operations and consistent performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches, brand activations, and local promotions.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and new product trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely payment collections and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Prepare and present regional sales reports and actionable insights to management.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in the Sports Nutrition industry (mandatory).
• Proven success in handling regional territories and achieving sales goals.
• Strong network of gym owners, fitness coaches, distributors, and retailers in Haryana.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
