Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of

  Area Sales Managers (ASMs)

  and

  Territory Sales Managers (TSMs)

  for the Pulmonary portfolio.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across Kerala.
• Forecast sales, plan budgets, analyze performance gaps, and implement corrective measures.
• Identify new business opportunities aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and institutions.
• Plan and execute

  medical educational events

  (CME programs, workshops, seminars) to enhance brand visibility and KOL engagement.
• Drive product adoption and positioning through insights gathered from KOLs and key accounts.
• Ensure optimal product availability through distributors, stockists, and retailers.
• Oversee the effective and compliant use of promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market share, customer insights, and promotional ROI.
• Present monthly and quarterly business reviews to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry code of conduct.

• Graduate in

  Science, Pharmacy, or a related field

  (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• 1015 years of pharmaceutical sales experience

  , with at least

  35 years in a Regional Sales Manager role.

• Proven expertise in the Pulmonary therapeutic segments.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team management skills.

• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing large teams.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.
