Regional Sales Head- Director

Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Head, Director in Bangalore, India, your role will require a balance of team management, leadership, and individual contribution. You will be responsible for developing deal traction, leading by example, and driving revenue growth and strategy in the South region. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, develop, and lead the South region strategy for revenue growth, focusing on growth in revenues, new fx volume, deposits, and FCY balances - Implement P&L discipline by tracking and calibrating monthly revenues, with a focus on client level driver growth through on-ground sales management - Commercialize new products and increase cross-sell ratio by leveraging trade business and lending opportunities - Execute the South strategy effectively, with a specific focus on the South India market - Demonstrate outcome-focused leadership by achieving financial targets and stated goals - Collaborate with other parts of the corporate bank to generate incremental opportunities for the cash management business - Manage stakeholders effectively, including product management, compliance, and business control teams - Identify and pursue new client deals in cash management across various business segments - Grow wallet share from existing clients and maintain relationships at CFO/CXO levels - Win RFPs and secure large revenue complex deals in partnership with Subject Matter Experts in the bank Qualifications Required: - 7-12 years of work experience in corporate sales - Experience in cash management sales is an advantage, along with exposure to products like Trade Finance & FX or coverage in Commercial/Corporate Banking - MBA from a top B-School, CA, or similar post-graduate qualification from a reputed institution is preferred - Should be a self-starter with high levels of initiative, energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity Additional Company Information: For further information about the company and its teams, please visit the official website: [Company Website](https://www.db.com/company/company.htm),
