Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning:

Drive monthly sales planning by cascading zonal sales strategies to dealer groups and outlets.
Allocate resources effectively to achieve market share, profitability, and volume targets across outlets.
Track, measure, and review sales performance regularly to ensure adherence to timelines and commitments.
Gather outlet-wise intelligence and propose dealer network expansions for increased market penetration.
Monitor and execute key performance metrics such as WIRR, PF, NFA, declined ratio, and model mix on multiple timelines (annual to daily).
Monitor performance and targets for Team Leader Incentives (TLI) for Sales Managers (SMs) and Finance Executives (FEs) to ensure company targets are met.
Drive the right product and profile mix to maintain a strong and profitable portfolio.

Dealer Engagement and Networking:

Maintain and strengthen business relationships with dealer partners to identify new opportunities and sustain dealer interest.
Review dealer payouts monthly as per policy guidelines and ensure timely processing while resolving any issues faced by dealers.
Monitor the external market and competitors by interacting with the salesforce and industry peers; use insights to collaborate with Credit and Product teams for developing new products and schemes.
Build strong relationships with General Managers and Showroom Managers to ensure excellent performance and prompt resolution of concerns.
