Regional Sales Executive(Male only)

Job Description

SALES OFFICER RESPONSIBILITY 1) Distributors: · To play a crucial role in connecting the company with Distributors. · To appoint Distributors wherever required. · To coordinate with the Distributors and check availability of stocks. · To get Primary Orders, follow up with the company and ensure supply of stocks. · To follow up with the Distributor regarding payments due from him to the company. 2) Retailers: · To meet the Retailers as per schedule. · To check visibility of products in the retail points. · To check availability of stocks and get Secondary Orders. · To forward Secondary Orders to Distributor and ensure supply of stocks from the Distributor. · To proactively identify new Retail Outlets. · To conduct business development activities to improve sales. · To discuss with the Company leadership and fix monthly, quarterly and annual targets. · To work meticulously to achieve the Targets (both Primary and Secondary). · To monitor market trends and competitor activities and report to the company. · To submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to the company. COMPETENCIES · Excellent communication and negotiation skills. · Proven experience in FMCG sales with a track record of achieving targets. · Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data, competitor data and assess market trends. · Adaptability and a results-driven mind-set. · Good character and personal values. · Basic Computer Knowledge and comfortable with using Sales Applications. · Must have a positive face value with a large number of Distributors and Retailers in the respective areas. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Regional Sales Manager : 3 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
