Regional Operations & Sales Manager (Telangana)

Role Overview:

Lead and manage Sales & Operations across the Telangana region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools to secure uniform supply contracts.

Oversee end-to-end operations – from order booking to delivery.

Supervise billing, collections, and ensure timely bank deposits.

Plan and monitor daily field activities and team performance.

Handle customer queries, trials, and deliveries with professionalism.

Coordinate between schools and internal departments to ensure smooth service.

Track market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.

Submit daily reports and updates to management.

Drive team motivation, discipline, and accountability.

Requirements:

🎓 Qualification: MBA (Sales) / Bachelor’s degree

🧑‍💼 Experience: 5–15 years in Textiles, Garments, or School Products

🗣️ Languages: English, Telugu, Tamil (mandatory); Hindi (added advantage)

🌍 Candidate: Must be from Tamil Nadu

🚗 Candidate must have own car

💰 Pay Scale: ₹40,000–₹55,000 (based on experience & performance)

🏠 Accommodation: Company-provided at Madhapur
