Regional Manager - Retail

You will be responsible for formulating the annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the state in alignment with the Organisational objectives. Your primary focus will be to ensure the achievement of targeted sales, both category-wise and VAP, through regular monitoring. Additionally, you will be required to develop and implement strategies for market penetration of new product lines and increasing the share of existing products. Your role will also involve conducting periodic reviews of all business processes, parameters, and performance to identify areas for improvement. Based on these reviews, you will devise suitable action plans and ensure their effective implementation to drive business growth. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 8-12 years of relevant experience in sales and business development.,
