Regional Lead - Projects

As a Project Management Professional with 10-12 years of experience in the workspace fitout industry, you will be responsible for managing projects in Mumbai and Pune. Your role will involve overseeing a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough technical due diligence and provide constructive feedback to consultants and the management team. - Demonstrate expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and local authority approvals processes. - Review all project drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), taking ownership of these crucial project elements. - Develop and review project milestones, procurement plans, and present them to the business team. - Maintain attention to detail and ensure quality installation at each construction stage, ensuring adherence to specified makes and models. - Coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors from project initiation to final client handover. - Apply logical thinking to introduce value engineering and cost-saving measures throughout the project lifecycle. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery. - Collaborate with different teams at Simpliwork for project success, including hands-on support when necessary. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project. - Document meeting minutes and communicate risks with mitigation plans effectively during the project duration. - Utilize construction management tools/software provided by Simpliwork efficiently. Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of experience in workspace fitout industry, preferably from D&B, IPC, or coworking space background. - Strong knowledge of MEP systems and local authority approvals processes. - Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and teams. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management tools/software.,
