Job Description

As a Regional IT Infrastructure Engineer at Ninja Van, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure of our IT system. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our IT infrastructure remains reliable, secure, and efficient in meeting the evolving needs of our organization. By monitoring the performance of our IT systems and swiftly addressing any issues that arise, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our technology landscape. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a comprehensive implementation plan for our IT infrastructure, encompassing systems and networking, to align with the organization's requirements. - Ongoing monitoring of IT infrastructure performance and providing support as necessary to maintain optimal availability. - Implementing robust security measures to safeguard our IT infrastructure against external threats and unauthorized access. - Responding promptly to incoming inquiries, incidents, and service requests through various channels while adhering to established processes and delivering exceptional customer service. - Managing and documenting all reported or escalated requests in the IT Service Management tool to ensure accurate tracking and resolution. - Establishing disaster recovery and backup solutions to facilitate swift recovery from disruptions or data loss. - Documenting all IT infrastructure designs, implementations, and maintenance activities for knowledge retention and sharing within the IT team. - Executing daily tasks in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures and undertaking any ad-hoc duties as necessary. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - A Diploma or higher qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure implementation. - Proficiency in network technologies such as LAN, VPN, VLAN, Switches, firewall, Wi-Fi, and routers. - Sound knowledge of system administration across Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android platforms. - Familiarity with user account management and experience with Google Workspace products administration is advantageous. - Certifications like CCNA, MCSE, PMP/Prince2, and ITIL would be beneficial. - Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication prowess.
