Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region
  • Should have managed a team of 5 people.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Provide sales coaching and mentorship to the sales team
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Proven track record of success in IT infrastructure sales
  • Prior experience in a sales management role, leading a team of sales professionals
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and Cyber security products and services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
