As a Regional GBS HR Operations Leader, your role will involve overseeing process transition and technology implementation within the Healthcare domain in Gurgaon. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering with the business and HR Function to define process transformation and technology enablement, data requirements, and drive enterprise migration to GBS within the Region. - Leading HR work transitions into regional GBS locations, collaborating with GBS leadership, Global Process Owners, HR functional teams, and local stakeholders. - Overseeing readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization. - Coordinating process stabilization post-transition to ensure minimal disruption to the business and employees. - Developing and implementing transition governance, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecard, and escalation frameworks. - Participating in change management efforts by supporting communication and training plans at the local level. Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnering, Operations, or Shared Services leadership roles. - A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing and leading HR teams in large, complex organizations, preferably within a regional or global context and in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment. - Experience of 15+ years with expertise in HR Transition of HR processes (Hire to Retire) with implementation. - In-house HR transition experience is a must, consulting roles alone will not suffice. - Experience in leading HR operations and team management. - Experience in transitioning at a global level, preferably for APAC countries.
