As a professional with a rich understanding of retail operations and a track record of 15 years in spearheading Retail Business Operations and Sales, your role as a Retail Franchise Operations Lead for a leading manufacturer and marketer of apparels will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead Retail Franchise Operations of around 100 franchise outlets in AP+ Telangana, generating annual revenues of 300 Crs. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing support and guidance to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives. - Collaborate with franchisees to develop strategies for business growth, including sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and product assortment optimization. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail stores within the region, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. - Analyze sales performance and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability. - Conduct regular store visits to assess store condition, merchandise presentation, and customer service standards. - Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines and standards to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales. Your profile should reflect a dynamic and result-oriented professional with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, inventory and supply chain management, and the ability to guide franchisees/partners in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams to meet targets and provide excellent customer service.
