We are looking for an experienced Asia Digital, AI & Innovation Lead to drive our digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives across the dynamic and diverse Asia region. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and driving our digital and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives, fostering regional collaboration, maximizing reuse of solutions, and advocating for regional needs within our global teams. Key Objectives of the Role: - Strategic Alignment: Lead the development and execution of digital and AI strategies across Asia in alignment with global objectives. - Maximizing Reuse & Efficiency: Identify opportunities for common solutions, platforms, and AI models across countries in the region to enhance efficiency. - Regional Collaboration & Synergy: Foster collaboration among country-level digital and AI teams to create a cohesive regional digital ecosystem. - Regional Advocacy & Global Influence: Act as the primary liaison between Asia regional teams and global digital/AI leadership to influence global roadmaps. - Driving Innovation & Growth: Identify, pilot, and scale innovative digital and AI solutions to unlock new business value and enhance operational effectiveness. - Diverse Technology Experience: Understand technology applicability and translate functional needs into technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and AI roadmap for the Asia region in collaboration with country leads and global stakeholders. - Identify, evaluate, and prioritize digital and AI initiatives based on strategic impact and business value. - Lead the adoption and localization of global digital and AI platforms, tools, and methodologies across Asian markets. - Establish and lead regional communities of practice for digital and AI to promote best practices and capability building. - Champion the reuse of digital assets, data models, and AI components across different countries within Asia. - Collaborate with global digital, AI, IT, and business leadership to ensure regional requirements are incorporated into global strategies. - Monitor regional digital and AI performance, track key KPIs, and provide regular reports to regional and global leadership. - Stay updated on emerging digital technologies, AI trends, and competitive landscape in Asia. - Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and technology providers in the digital and AI space. - Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital and AI professionals across the region. - Ensure compliance with regional regulations, data privacy laws, and ethical AI principles. Qualifications: - Masters degree in Engineering or Business Administration. - 10+ years of overall experience with 2+ years leading regional digital/technology initiatives in Asia. - Experience in B2C, B2B, or B2O environments is preferred. - Proven track record of implementing digital platforms, customer-facing applications, and AI/ML solutions. - Deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, customer experience, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies. - Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with exceptional communication abilities. - Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles. - Strong analytical skills and cultural sensitivity working in diverse Asian markets. - Fluent in English (written and spoken).,
