Regional Change Management

Role Overview: As a Global Industrial Engineer in the Regional Change Management department of HARTING, you will play a crucial role in connecting customers to their digital future. Your responsibilities will include coordinating regional change requests, controlling KPIs and standards, managing change requests, ensuring knowledge transfer, and maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders. Your objective will be to achieve targets set in the GIE-Production footprint and personal goal agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate regional change request/BME/phase out - Control local/regional change request related KPIs and standards - Manage local and global change requests and realizations (ECR, ECN, MCN) - Facilitate active knowledge transfer in the global operational environment - Maintain proactive communication with employees, superiors, and interfaces Qualifications Required: - Completed commercial or technical vocational training - Studies in a technical subject area or state certified technician - Professional experience with regular stays abroad desirable - Advanced English skills - Proficiency in PC skills (e.g. MS Office, SAP, Teamcenter) - Knowledge of project management, basics of business administration, guidance and consulting, engineering knowledge, and strategic planning Additional Details: At HARTING, you will have the opportunity to work in a globally connected environment with a focus on IoT and artificial intelligence.
