Regional Change Management

Role Overview: As a Global Industrial Engineer for Regional Change Management at HARTING, you will play a crucial role in coordinating regional change requests, managing local and global change requests, and ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to achieve targets in the GIE-Production footprint and personal goals as per the agreement. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate regional change request/BME/phase out effectively - Control local/regional change request related KPIs and standards - Manage local and global change requests and their realizations (ECR, ECN, MCN) - Facilitate active knowledge transfer in the global operational environment - Engage in proactive communication with employees, superiors, and interfaces Qualifications Required: - Completed commercial or technical vocational training - Studies in a technical subject area or state-certified technician - Professional experience with regular stays abroad is desirable - Advanced English skills - Proficiency in PC skills (e.g., MS Office, SAP, Teamcenter) - Knowledge of project management, business administration basics, guidance, and consulting - Strong engineering knowledge and strategic planning abilities Additional Company Details: At HARTING, we are committed to providing benefits such as staff insurance coverage (APAC) and fostering a work environment that encourages innovation and personal growth.
