Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician with hands-on experience in industrial refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and rectification of refrigeration equipment across various project sites in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical and electrical faults in refrigeration units.
• Ensure proper operation of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per standard procedures.
• Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system performance testing.
• Maintain detailed service reports and coordinate with the service team for timely completion of work.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with company and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in industrial refrigeration service and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of ammonia- or Freon-based systems, compressors, and cold room equipment.
• Ability to identify and rectify technical issues independently.
• Willingness to travel across India for site-based assignments.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with industrial cold storage, process cooling, or large refrigeration plants.
• Exposure to refrigeration control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹51,605.40 per month
