Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Refrigeration Technician – Fresher/Experience to join our Medical Freezer & Refrigerator Manufacturing Plant. In this role, you will work on the assembly, installation, testing, and basic troubleshooting of refrigeration systems. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates aiming to build a career in industrial refrigeration Key Responsibilities: •Assemble and install medical freezers and refrigerator units on the production line. •Assemble refrigeration components such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, expansion valves, and electrical wiring. •Perform refrigerant charging (under supervision) and leak testing. •Make proper electrical wiring connections as per technical specifications. •Conduct system performance tests – temperature settings, pressure readings, compressor functionality, etc. •Perform basic troubleshooting of common issues such as compressor failure, incorrect temperature, and electrical faults. •Ensure quality control parameters are maintained according to the production process. •Follow safety practices and maintain a clean and organized workplace. •Report daily tasks and progress to the supervisor. Qualifications & Skills Required: •ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning •Basic knowledge of refrigeration cycles and electrical circuits. •Understanding of refrigeration components and their working principles. •Mechanical assembly and electrical wiring skills. •Good hand skills and attention to detail. •Effective teamwork and communication skills. •Strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise. •Ability to work in a factory environment
