Location: Mumbai – Shilphata, Pune – Chakan, Hyderabad, Delhi, Sonipat, Bangalore – Goravigere.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented refrigeration technician to support the proper operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems in our cold chain warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure that cold storage units (including chillers, freezers, HVAC systems, and reefer units) are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related technical field

2–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial or commercial refrigeration systems (cold storage preferred)

Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is highly desirable

Familiarity with electrical wiring, PLC basics, and automation in refrigeration

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and service manuals

Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols

Ability to work in a shift-based environment

Physically fit to handle maintenance work in cold temperatures

Experience in Freon ( R404A) Gas system

Timely preventive service and maintain records for the same

Familiar with compressor and cooling fan condensing fan Electrical Circuits

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, maintain, and repair ammonia and Freon-based refrigeration systems

Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance of compressors, condensers, evaporators, chillers, valves, and control systems

Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime

Maintain temperature logs, pressure readings, and system performance records

Support energy efficiency and safety compliance across refrigeration operations

Work closely with the electrical and maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and upgrades

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and other applicable safety and food storage regulations

Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and refrigerants

Participate in emergency response actions during system failures or power outages

Assist in periodic audits and internal inspections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
