Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Refrigeration Operator with hands-on skills in installation, operation, and basic maintenance of refrigeration and cooling systems used in dairy processing.

Roles & Responsibilities

Install climate control systems, refrigeration units, and cooling equipment.
Troubleshoot refrigeration equipment failures and system issues.
Observe, check, and test newly installed systems for performance.
Repair and replace components related to HVAC & refrigeration systems.
Assist senior technicians in preventive maintenance and daily operations.
Maintain records of service, maintenance, and system performance.
Ensure safe work practices and follow company SOPs.

Education & Qualification

Diploma (Refrigeration/Mechanical/Electrical) or Any Degree.

Experience

0 to 1 Year (Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply).
Experience in Dairy / Milk & Milk Products industry is an added advantage.

Skills Required

Basic understanding of refrigeration & HVAC systems.
Ability to handle tools and equipment.
Willingness to learn and work in operational environments.
Safety awareness.
