Reference Data Services Rep

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing on-going maintenance/refresh of existing customer data and set up and maintenance of settlement instructions in various internal applications. Your role will involve daily interaction with global operation teams to ensure timely update of all settlement instructions. You will actively monitor settlement rates to ensure instructions are updated correctly and liaise with other operations teams globally to ensure settlement instructions (SSI) are added correctly and timely to accounts. Additionally, you will source settlement instructions directly from clients in response to reference data refresh requirements, trade exception processing, cancel and correct data requests, and deliver reference data remediation projects as requested by management. Oversight of offshore vendor activity and completion of all mandatory reports in a timely manner will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to appropriately assess risk when making business decisions and demonstrate consideration for Citigroup's reputation, clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
