Job Description: Branch Manager – Sales (Specialty Chemicals) Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Department: Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office About Reena Organics Reena Organics Pvt. Ltd. is a leading distributor having 35+ years specialty and performance chemicals, partnering with global principals such as BASF, LANXESS, Wacker, and others. We provide raw material solutions across industries including Paints & Coatings, Plastics, Adhesives, Construction, and many more. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager – Sales to lead our Karnataka operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty chemical sales, deep understanding of distribution networks, and the ability to drive regional business growth through strategic customer and supplier engagement. Key Responsibilities · Manage and grow sales of specialty chemicals across Karnataka, achieving monthly and annual sales targets. · Develop, maintain, and expand our presence in the region. · Identify and onboard new customers across industries such as Paints & Coatings, Construction Chemicals, Plastics (Compounders and Masterbatch) · Build long-term relationships with customers and principal partners to ensure consistent business growth. · Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. · Lead and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals. · Coordinate with HO for product promotion, pricing, logistics, and technical support. · Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service, delivery, and communication. Desired Candidate Profile · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. · Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales of specialty chemical products. · Proven track record in managing a distribution or dealer network within the chemical industry. · In-depth knowledge of the Paints & Coatings, Construction, Plastics, Compounders, and Masterbatch sectors is highly desirable. · Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills. · Language: Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage. · Location: Must be based in Bangalore and work from our Bangalore branch office.
