Reel Creator/ Content Writer

As a member of our team at Redbooks Academy, your primary responsibility will be creating and managing engaging Reels, short videos, and visual content for our social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. You will be tasked with planning, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality content that showcases the unique features, ambiance, and student experiences at Redbooks Academy. It is essential to collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. Staying updated on social media trends, particularly in Reels and short-form video content, will be crucial to keeping Redbooks content fresh and engaging. Regular posting and monitoring of content performance across platforms will also be part of your responsibilities, with adjustments made based on analytics and audience feedback. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in creating Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and Facebook content. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or mobile video editing apps will be beneficial. An excellent understanding of social media trends, especially in short-form content, is highly desirable. Experience in influencer management, including outreach, negotiations, and collaboration, will be an added advantage. Creative storytelling skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently on multiple projects, and strong communication and presentation skills are also essential qualities we seek in potential candidates. Freshers are encouraged to apply for this position. This is a full-time job opportunity with the benefit of working from home. The work schedule is from Monday to Saturday, with day shifts. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 19/01/2025.
