Reel Creator/ Content Writer (FEMALE)

As a member of our team at Redbooks Academy, you will be responsible for creating compelling Reels, short videos, and visual content across various social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Your main duties will include planning, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality content that showcases the unique features, ambiance, and student experiences at Redbooks Academy. It will be crucial to collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. To excel in this role, you must stay updated on social media trends, particularly in the realms of Reels and short-form video content, in order to keep Redbooks Academy's content fresh and engaging. Regular posting and monitoring of content performance will be essential, with adjustments made based on analytics and audience feedback. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience in creating Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and Facebook content. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or mobile video editing apps will be a definite advantage. A solid understanding of social media trends, especially in the realm of short-form content, is also crucial. Experience in influencer management, including outreach, negotiations, and collaboration, will be beneficial. We are looking for individuals with creative and dynamic storytelling skills, who have a keen eye for detail. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is key, along with strong communication and presentation skills. Freshers are welcome to apply as well. This is a full-time position with the benefit of working from home. The work schedule is set for day shifts from Monday to Saturday, with the work location being in person.
