. ROSA Platform Administration

• Deploy, configure, and manage ROSA clusters (Private/Public clusters).
• Perform day-to-day cluster operations, including scaling, upgrades, patching, and monitoring.
• Manage OpenShift Nodes, Operators, Projects, and Namespaces.
• Implement and manage OpenShift Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Configure Cluster Logging, Monitoring, Alerts, and Performance Tuning.
  

AWS Infrastructure Management for ROSA

• Manage AWS resources required for ROSA such as: VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, IAM Roles,Load Balancers (ALB/NLB),EBS, S3, CloudWatch Logs,Route 53 and VPC Endpoints
• Implement network connectivity like Direct Connect / VPN / Transit Gateway for ROSA clusters.

Security & Compliance

• Enforce RBAC, Pod Security, and Network Policies.
• Implement image security Image Scanning, Quay, Clair, ECR policies.
• Manage Secrets using: OpenShift Secrets, AWS Secrets Manager, KMS Encryption.
• Ensure compliance with the organizations security standards and best practices.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Use CloudWatch, OpenShift Monitoring stack(Prometheus/Grafana), EFK/ELK for monitoring.
• Troubleshoot cluster issues: Networking, Storage, API Server / etc, Pod Scheduling & Node issues, Operators & Add-ons.
• Perform root cause analysis and prepare incident reports.

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift administration.
• Hands-on experience with ROSA or OpenShift 4.x clusters.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, Load Balancers, RDS, S3, CloudWatch).
• Solid understanding of Linux (RHEL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, YAML, GitOps tools.
• Good understanding of containerization: Docker / Podman
• Container security best practices
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code
