Nair Systems is currently looking for Recruitment -Sales Executiveto be located in Trivandrum.

Skills:

Candidate must have good oral and written communication skills

Should be Smart, Hardworking, Sincere, Confident & Result Oriented

Should have good knowledge in computer and IT terms.

Prior experience in Staffing Service/Professional Service industry would be an added advantage

Responsible for identification of prospective clients, new growth opportunities, generating new leads and converting them to revenue

Candidate must be able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and online platforms

Explore and develop new business opportunities to drive growth

Generate high-quality leads and convert them into revenue

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively

Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines

Key Requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Smart, confident, hardworking, sincere, and result-oriented

Sound knowledge of computer and IT terminology

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the staffing services or professional services industry is a plus
