The Opportunity We re hiring a Talent Marketing Manager for APJ, based in Bangalore, to lead regional execution of talent marketing strategies. Think of this as a B2B demand generation role, where your product is a career at Okta, and your target audience is top technical and go-to-market talent across APJ. This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You ll plan and execute events, campaigns, and content strategies that drive qualified candidate leads and elevate our presence across key APJ markets. You ll partner closely with Recruiting, Employer Brand, and Marketing teams to turn global brand strategy into local action, and you ll be accountable for the performance and outcomes of the programs you deliver. What will you do You ll work on building Okta s talent brand with marketing strategies, campaigns, and content. You ll support in delivering a world-class candidate experience with end-to-end engagement. You ll generate leads from marketing campaigns and ensure the success of such initiatives, and report the ROI You ll identify and implement events, such as conferences, career fairs, webinars, meetups, and hackathons, to help us stay at the forefront of our desired candidates minds. You ll partner with Marketing Communications to roll out any communications that build on our employer brand. Including referrals and internal mobility You ll work closely with your Global Talent Marketing and Recruiting team to gain a clear view of hiring needs and help address challenges through marketing and talent attraction initiatives. You ll support the creation of monthly reports tracking key events and their performance. You ll partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to bring our programs to life. Lead multiple strategic initiatives and projects, scaling them from concept to delivery in partnership with internal teams. Manage editorial calendar for publishing across different regional employer brand-focused social properties. Manage hiring personas to update campaign targeting across social platforms to evolve personas as the business changes. With compelling copy you've drafted and designed, create visually impactful content for social media, ads, emails, videos, etc. What you will bring: 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of driving programs in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Expertise in partnering with global teams across multiple time zones Should have worked with teams across the organization to deliver programs Impressive interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to innovate and think beyond the ordinary Experience with Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design and editing software Experience using a CRM and segmentation Can-do attitude with proven experience creating campaigns from conception to completion
