RECRUITMENT MANAGER (Real Estate Agent Recruitment)

As a Real Estate Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hanu Reddy Realty in Mylapore, your role will involve leading realtor hiring and talent acquisition for Pan India, encompassing 10 branches in Chennai and other cities. Your responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies, collaborating with business leaders for workforce planning, designing job descriptions and employer branding strategies, managing recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring, building relationships with real estate agencies and platforms, and tracking recruitment performance to optimize processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead realtor hiring & talent acquisition for Pan India, including 10 branches in Chennai and other cities. - Develop recruitment strategies. - Collaborate with business leaders for workforce planning. - Design job descriptions & employer branding strategies. - Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring. - Build relationships with real estate agencies & platforms. - Track recruitment performance & optimize processes.
