Role Overview

As a Recruitment Executive, you’ll source, engage, and guide healthcare candidates through their international job journey — from first contact to successful placement abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Guide candidates through onboarding and relocation.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Achieve hiring targets and enjoy incentives.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business, or related field.
• 0–3 years’ recruitment experience (healthcare/international preferred).
• Excellent communication & networking skills.
• Target-driven and ambitious.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
